This is why you’re stuck 👾

Stop wasting energy on this

What if the biggest thing standing between you and success isn’t what you think?

It’s not your circumstances, not your skills, not even your lack of time. It’s the constant stream of negative thoughts that you let control your mind.

Yeah, those.

Scary right? Well…

Every time you let one linger, it’s like running an app in the background of your brain. It drains your mental battery, slows down your focus, and kills your drive to take action. What’s worse? You start believing them.

Here’s the truth:

Your brain LOVES efficiency.

If you keep thinking the same negative thought, it builds a little superhighway in your mind.

The more you drive down that road, the easier it gets. Suddenly, you’re on autopilot, spiraling down a loop of “can’t” instead of building bridges to “can.”

And want to know a harsh truth?

Negativity isn’t harmless; it’s expensive.

It costs you:

  • Time. You waste precious moments worrying instead of doing.

  • Confidence. You convince yourself you’re stuck when you’re not.

  • Opportunities. Who wants to chase their dreams with the brakes on?

The hack? STARVE the negativity.

  1. Catch it in action. When a negative thought pops up, label it. Literally say, “Oh, there’s that ‘I can’t’ thought again.”

  2. Interrupt the loop. Replace it with something neutral or positive. “I can’t” becomes “I’m figuring it out.”

  3. Shift your focus. Put your energy into what you can control. Action is the ultimate antidote.

The energy you save from not feeding negativity? You can use it to build the life you want. That’s a win every single time.

Today I Dare You to pause and notice when a negative thought sneaks in.

Label it, interrupt it, and shift your focus.

What’s your most recurrent negative thought? Mine used to be anxiety about the future, constant questions, annoying questions…

is everything gonna be ok? Am I gonna succeed? Am I gonna be loved? Am I really good at this?

They were constantly in my head until I took real action, it’s your turn. If I could do it, you too!

Let me know how it goes—I’m betting you’ll feel lighter already.

To a better you,

-Lila
